Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $50.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier delays. Most orders arrive within 3–7 business days after shipment.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Vizion is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at tanner@vizionsunglasses.com and we will work with the carrier to help resolve the issue.
